Key Responsibilities
Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, including front desk, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Ensure that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay by providing courteous and professional service.
Supervise the work of all night shift employees and ensure that they are following hotel procedures.
Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare daily reports and manage hotel budgets.
Assist the front office manager with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a front office or management position.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
