Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates and for Special promotions such as Non refundable – advanced booking offer. Please check rate policy.
If you prefer to make your payment with a bank transfer, kindly contact our reservation department.
Cancellation Policy
For flexible rates: Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise stated. For cancellations that occur within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, and in case of no show, a one-night fee including taxes will be charged to your credit card.
In case of non-refundable rates: Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. Full stay will be charged at the time of the booking.

Early Check-in and Late Check-Out
Are available as a courtesy based on availability. Please check with our front office.

- No pets are allowed in any El Gouna hotel.
- Minimum check in age is 18 years old.
- Guests must show their current government-issued proof of identity at the time of check-in.
- Photo identification and credit card used for booking are required at check-in for incidental charge.
- Airport transfer is available on request: Please send your flight details to our reservation department or provide it through your booking comments.
