Orascom Hotels Management is looking for a native German speaking Web Content Editor to be responsible for updating the content of our various hotels’ websites. Familiarity with WordPress editor and other backend CMS is required.
Key Responsibilities
Working with copywriters and designers, ensuring that their work meets company standards. Regularly communicate with writers and bloggers to develop content and ensure that deadlines are met.
Translating into German, copywriting and localizing English content for the website.
Uploading content (images, videos, text) through the backend CMS
Edit, proofread, and improve content for our hotels’ websites
Ensuring the front-end display is correct after updating the website.
Coordinate with the hotels team to verify the correct information
The department covers 25 properties in 5 different countries -12 websites
Qualifications
Fluent in written and spoken German
Excellent writer and reader in English
German must be native language - ability to copywrite in German
Ability to proofread and edit other people's content
Have a good understanding of website content development, search engine optimization
Minimum one year experience
Good computer skills
interested in new technologies, easy-going with new software
Self-learner, adaptability, precise
Department location is El Gouna but working from home is accepted
